Holly Ohman
Holly is a birth doula (MCPCD), Childbirth Educator (CCCE) and breath coach. She has studied and practices breathwork for over 20 years and loves to share the benefits and science of this to people in order to help them improve their overall health. Holly is currently completing her BS of science in nutrition which is a pre med program to complete her studies on a pathway to become a naturopathic physician. She has completed trainings on hormone health, pelvic floor, adrenal and hormone health and has herself faced menopause head on. She found herself in menoapause at the age of 42, and after spending hundreds of hours researching how to navigate this change, she felt pulled to share all of the education with others.

HC is a physical therapist, birth doula CD(DONA), yoga teacher, CLEC, MUTU Pro®️, Evidence Based Birth®️ Instructor going on three decades of experience in the medical and wellness fields. She found herself, despite being a person who should know better, completely confused about where she was related to menopause having not ever had a hot flash or missed cycle.
